Many of CopyFax’s current employees began their careers at Monk’s Office Machines in the 1990s. Much like CopyFax today, Monk’s was locally owned and operated and offered a family feel where employees were valued and customers were cherished.

Following the sale of Monk’s Office Machines to a large corporation, many employees found themselves unable to provide the hometown sales and service experience their customers had come to expect. Business dealings that were once done with a handshake were now done following a 1-800 call.

CopyFax was born in 1999 out of this craving for personalized, face-to-face business. Three men – a Sales Expert, a Service Guru, and a Financial Wizard – partnered up and created a magical combination. At CopyFax, the goal was clear: to provide total satisfaction to our customers with regard to service, sales and support.

Today, that goal remains the same. On average, our employees boast over 14 years of experience in the office automation industry, and they deliver it all with a smile.
